  DO NOT go to this store. Unless you’re looking for a lack of help and a staff that doesn’t know right from left. The gentleman who helped me had NO clue how to do his job and did not seem like he himself was put together. I went into the store with a simple question about my phone and it turned into an unnecessary fiasco. When I asked for a manager I was told there was none! Great way to run a business I’d say! This store isn’t even owned by sprint. Take the extra time to go to the sprint owned store down the road it’ll be worth it.

  The store is the worst - they promised one thing and have it in writing and I get a bill that is $80+ per month more. I trade my old phones in and they agreed to pay early-term fees of apprx. $250 and I still have not received the money after 5 months. The one manager quit and they put someone else in there with no help, she was the only one working when I went back in to ask them what the heck happened to my monthly bill being so high. She looked at the everything and basically told me that the deal didn't exist in Nov.2016. I called SPRINT and SPRINT told me that because the store is not an OFFICIAL SPRINT store that I have to deal with the manager at the store to fix the issue. Manager is gone, new one in and she has no clue. Don't get a phone from this store, go to the actual SPRINT store to do anything, these side stores will rip you off with their stupidity. The 5 star review that you see is from the manager that WAS THERE and he is no longer - he's an idiot.
